When creating our organic products at our farm, we seek out only the finest ingredients. While we strive to grow as much as possible ourselves, there are certain essentials, like oil, that we source from trusted partners who share our values.
We are often asked which oil we use for frying our pancakes. We have chosen "Bionaturalis" Organic Sunflower Oil, which we find perfect for both frying and fresh salads. Since this oil has proven its quality in our own kitchen, we are happy to offer it to our customers as well.
Why we chose this specific oil:
- High Heat Stability: Extracted from premium quality High Oleic sunflower seeds, it has an extremely high smoke point. This ensures a healthy cooking process without the release of unwanted toxins.
- Neutral Flavour & Aroma: This oil is cold-pressed and deodorized. It does not have the typical sunflower seed aftertaste, allowing the natural flavours of your ingredients to shine.
- Nutrient Rich: High in Vitamin E (30 mg per 100 ml) and rich in beneficial unsaturated fatty acids.
- Certified Organic: A pure, safe, and healthy product that meets our strict quality standards.
