From our family farm to your table
We started our farm in 2010 and began organic farming in 2015. As we learned and evolved we started to think that maybe we should process the grains we grow. Since the beginning of 2021, we have made and sold our high-quality organic products for your table.

Pasta from our own farm
Our pasta is made from organic eggs and natural binder, or gluten. We grind the flour in stone mills from grains grown in our own fields. Our hens are fed with milled by-products such as bran, coarse flour, and the fine grains that are separated during cleaning.
