🧑‍🍳 Preparation Instructions

Preparing our steamed buckwheat is simple – an excellent choice for a quick and wholesome meal.

  1. Rinse the buckwheat.
  2. Use a ratio of 1 cup of buckwheat to 2 cups of water.
  3. Put the buckwheat in a pot, add water, and bring to a simmer over low heat.
  4. Add a little salt to taste.
  5. Let it cook until all the water is absorbed (typically about 15 minutes).
  6. Remove from heat and let it "rest" under the lid for another 5–10 minutes.
  7. Serve with your favourite sauce and other toppings.
