This pancake mix is crafted from our own farm-grown Emmer (Farro) wheat, which we hull and mill ourselves, combined with Organic eggs from our free-range hens. We freeze-dry (lyophilize) these eggs to preserve their full nutritional value and authentic taste.

Unlike industrial products, we sublimate (freeze-dry) our own farm-laid eggs ourselves. This process locks in all the nutrients, so you don't need to add milk or extra eggs to your batter – just water.
